Appsmith is an open-source platform for building internal tools rapidly. It connects to any database or API (REST, GraphQL) and allows developers to drag-and-drop UI widgets (tables, forms, charts) to build admin panels and dashboards without writing HTML/CSS.

How to Use
- Deploy locally via Docker or sign up for Appsmith Cloud.
- Create a new application.
- Add a "Datasource" (e.g., PostgreSQL) and write a SQL query.
- Drag a Table widget onto the canvas and bind it to the query output.
Important Notes
- Self-Hosting: Appsmith is designed to be secure by default. You must manage your own server updates and backups if self-hosting.
- Custom Logic: While it is low-code, you still need to write JavaScript to handle complex data transformations and UI interactions.
