How to Use
- Create an account at sendgrid.com.
- Authenticate your domain using DNS records (SPF, DKIM) to verify ownership.
- Create an API Key in the settings.
- Use the SendGrid API or SMTP credentials in your application (WordPress, Laravel, Node.js) to send emails.
Important Notes
- Domain Authentication: You MUST verify your domain. If you use a Gmail/Yahoo email address as the sender, your emails will be immediately flagged as spam.
- Marketing vs. Transactional: SendGrid is optimized for transactional emails (password resets, receipts). For heavy marketing, use their specific marketing campaigns or tools like Mailchimp.
