Pricing & Free Tier
Free Tier: No. Offers a 30-day free trial.
Individual: $3.33/month (billed annually).
Teams: $8.33/user/month. Adds shared snippet libraries and admin controls.
How to Use
- Install TextExpander and map it to run on startup.
- Create a new Snippet Group.
- Enter the "Abbreviation" (e.g.,
!addr) and paste the full "Content" (your address). - Type the abbreviation in any app, and it will expand automatically.
Important Notes
- App Compatibility: While it works in most apps, some secure fields (like password boxes or certain banking apps) block TextExpander for security reasons.
- Sync: Syncing snippets across devices requires a paid subscription.
