How to Use

1. Sign up at zapier.com and click "Create Zap".
2. Select a Trigger app (e.g., "Gmail" for "New Email").
3. Select an Action app (e.g., "Google Sheets" for "Create Row").
4. Connect your accounts, map the data fields, and turn the Zap on.

Important Notes

• Task Costs: Every successful action counts as a "task." Complex Zaps with 5 steps can burn through your quota very quickly.
• Update Time: Free and standard plans have a polling interval (usually 1-15 minutes), meaning automations are not always instantaneous.
